Who We Are

Al Zubair Auto Care started in 2010 as a small two-bay workshop in Al Quoz Industrial Area with one simple belief: tell people the truth about their car, fix it properly, and charge them fairly. That was it. No magic formula — just the kind of basic honesty that turned out to be surprisingly rare in this industry.

Sixteen years later, we've grown into one of Dubai's most trusted independent service centres — but the philosophy hasn't changed. We still diagnose before we quote. We still call customers before doing extra work. We still honour our warranty without argument. And we still know most of our regulars by name and by number plate.

Today we service everything from a Toyota Corolla to a Lamborghini Urus, run nine specialist departments under one roof, and offer free pickup and drop-off anywhere in Dubai. What hasn't changed is why people keep coming back: because we treat their car like our own.

2010

The Beginning

Al Zubair Auto Care opens in Al Quoz Industrial Area with two bays, three technicians, and a promise to do honest work at fair prices.

2013

European Specialist Division

We invest in factory-level diagnostic equipment and specialist training for German and British marques, becoming a go-to workshop for BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and Land Rover owners.

2016

Body Shop & Paint Booth Added

The workshop expands to include denting, painting and polishing — with a professional spray booth and computerised colour matching. Customers can now get mechanical and cosmetic work done in one visit.

2019

Detailing Studio Opens

A dedicated interior and exterior detailing studio opens in-house, offering deep cleaning, ozone sanitisation, paint correction, and full ceramic protection for luxury vehicles.

2021

Free Pickup & Drop-off Introduced

We launch free collection and delivery across Dubai — a service that has since saved our customers tens of thousands of hours of waiting in workshop lobbies.

2026
